**Remote Start Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions**

These Terms and Conditions govern the use and redemption of the Remote Start Gift Certificate issued by 21st Century Sound & Security. By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming this Certificate, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

**1. Certificate Redemption:**
   1.1 The Certificate can be redeemed for the installation of a remote start system at a 21st Century Sound & Security-approved in-store location.
   1.2 The Certificate is valid for 18 months from the date of issue. Any unused value after the Expiration Date will be forfeited.

**2. Eligibility:**
   2.1 The Certificate can only be redeemed for vehicles that are compatible with the remote start system offered by 21st Century Sound & Security.
   2.2 The Certificate is transferable to another compatible vehicle, subject to approval by 21st Century Sound & Security. A transfer request must be made in writing and submitted to 21st Century Sound & Security's customer service department.

**3. Certificate Value:**
   3.1 The Certificate has a cash value equivalent to the amount paid for it and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of refund.
   3.2 The Certificate value may be applied toward the cost of a remote start system installation and any additional services or products offered by 21st Century Sound & Security.

**4. Appointment Scheduling:**
   4.1 Certificate holders must schedule an installation appointment with 21st Century Sound & Security in advance.
   4.2 Appointments are subject to availability and must be made within the validity period of the Certificate.
   4.3 Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of the Certificate.

**5. Certificate Loss or Theft:**
   5.1 21st Century Sound & Security is not responsible for lost or stolen Certificates.
   5.2 The Certificate holder is solely responsible for the safekeeping of the Certificate.

**6. Modification and Termination:**
   6.1 21st Century Sound & Security reserves the right to modify or terminate the Certificate program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
   6.2 In the event of program termination, 21st Century Sound & Security will honor all outstanding Certificates until their respective Expiration Dates.

**7. Liability:**
   7.1 21st Century Sound & Security is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the installation or use of the remote start system.
   7.2 21st Century Sound & Security is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of the remote start system or any related services.
